How do i get windows 7 to detect my second monitor

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now my computer only detects one display rather than two. I have a Dell desktop computer

According to Windows Help, my video card (ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT) supports two monitors since there are two ports for monitors on the back of the computer. I've done everything help has said, but I still can't seem to get my computer to recognize my second monitor (and I know for sure it works by itself). Anyone know whats up? Thanks.
